Position Overview
Bishops Diocesan College is seeking a committed, innovative, and suitably qualified individual to join the 1st XI cricket coaching and management team. This is a part-time position involving Term 1 and Term 4 duties, with additional optional involvement in the winter Cricket Programme.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with an established coaching and management team

Coach and manage elite-level high school cricketers

Attend afternoon practices (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays) and Saturday fixtures
-
Participate in occasional midweek, Sunday, and out-of-town matches or festivals

Assist with the College’s annual Cricket Winter Programme (optional, Term 2 and 3)
Requirements
-
South African citizenship or permanent residency
-
Police clearance
-
CSA Level 2 coaching qualification (or equivalent)

Extensive high school cricket coaching experience
-
Knowledge or qualifications in sports psychology and/or strength & conditioning (advantageous)

Flexibility for irregular working hours, including evenings and weekends
