Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Reporting & Data Analysis

Collect and analyse operational data to support decision-making

Assist with troubleshooting and technical analysis of equipment and processes

Compile engineering documentation and technical reports
-
Track and report key manufacturing metrics using digital tools
2. Maintenance & Equipment Efficiency
-
Support maintenance teams in monitoring and troubleshooting
-
Participate in root cause analysis and statutory machinery inspections
-
Contribute to preventive maintenance planning and recordkeeping

Learn to design, improve, and install equipment for efficiency and reliability
3. Health & Safety
-
Participate in risk assessments and monthly safety meetings
4. Team Collaboration & Development

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams

Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management

Manage engineering or production projects under guidance

Attend training sessions, workshops, and team briefings
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

BSc/BEng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR

BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Recommended Skills & Attributes:

Solid understanding of engineering principles in manufacturing

Ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges

Advantageous: Knowledge of wood materials, processing, and plant operations
