Key Job Responsibilities
Depending on your assigned business area, you may support:
Retail / Amazon Vendor Services

Support Vendor Managers working with Amazon’s key brands
-
Analyze category performance and customer behavior
-
Identify opportunities to improve product selection, pricing, and availability
-
Assist with vendor negotiations and retail operations
Amazon Advertising

Work with Account Managers on advertising solutions for clients

Learn Amazon’s advertising products and targeting tools

Support campaign planning, data analysis, and presentations
-
Contribute to improving advertising products and customer outcomes
Merchant Services
-
Help grow third-party sellers on Amazon

Use market data to identify high-potential merchants
-
Analyze seller performance, customer pain points, and improvement opportunities
-
Learn the merchant services and advertising portfolio
Interns collaborate across category, product, and technical teams. You will also learn Amazon’s internal tools and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation in 2026 or a recent graduate (within 6 months)

Fluent in written and verbal English

Available for a full-time, 12-month internship (40 hours/week)
