About the Programme
Tiger Brands’ Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a 2-year intensive development initiative aimed at grooming recent graduates to fill future leadership roles. This stream focuses on graduates pursuing careers in finance, specifically the CA(SA) (Chartered Accountant South Africa) pathway.
Who Should Apply?

Recent graduates or final-year students with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline focused on the CA(SA) track.

Applicants must have a minimum academic average of 65%.

Demonstrate leadership, ambition, and innovation throughout studies.

Must not have more than 1 year full-time work experience in their field (excluding internships or workplace experience).

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Valid driver’s license.

Willing to relocate during the programme as required.
