The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a structured 24-month graduate development journey aimed at high-potential young graduates who are ready to lead and innovate in one of Africa’s top FMCG companies.

This programme offers real business exposure, on-the-job learning, and formal development designed to fast-track your growth into critical technical and leadership roles.


Who Should Apply?

We are looking for aspiring chemical engineers who:

  • Have a passion for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)

  • Demonstrate innovation, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Recently completed their 3rd or 4th year tertiary studies in Chemical Engineering

  • Are ready to relocate and take on cross-functional challenges


Minimum Requirements

Relevant Qualification:

  • BSc or BEng in Chemical Engineering

General Criteria:

  • Minimum 65% average

  • South African citizen

  • Recent graduate from a tertiary institution in SA

  • No more than 1 year of full-time work experience (excluding internships)

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

  • Willingness to relocate across sites during the programme

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills

  • High levels of self-motivation and ambition
