🚀 Programme Overview:

The Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a two-year graduate programme designed to groom talented, high-potential graduates for future leadership roles in Tiger Brands. It includes structured learning, rotational work experience, and mentoring across the business.


🎓 Relevant Qualifications for Corporate Affairs Track:

To apply for the Corporate Affairs stream, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:

  • Business Management

  • Economics

  • Enterprise Development

  • Communications

  • Strategic Communication

  • Journalism


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 65% academic average

  • Must be a South African citizen

  • Recent graduate (3rd or 4th year completed)

  • Less than 1 year of full-time work experience in your field

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Willing to relocate (geographical mobility required)

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel

  • Passionate about a career in FMCG and Corporate Affairs

  • Strong leadership potential and teamwork skills
