Tiger Brands’ Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a 2-year accelerated development journey designed to equip promising graduates with skills and experience to advance into leadership roles. The programme offers structured learning across various business disciplines, including customer marketing, preparing candidates to lead and innovate within the FMCG sector.
Who Should Apply?
Ideal candidates:

Have a bachelor’s or BTech degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Business Management, or related fields

Demonstrate strong academic performance (minimum 65% average)

Are recent graduates or in their final year of study

Have shown leadership potential and innovation throughout their studies

Are ready to work in a dynamic FMCG environment

Have no more than 1 year of full-time work experience in their field (internships excluded)

Are willing to relocate to different locations as part of the programme
Minimum Requirements
