About the Programme
The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a 24-month enhanced graduate development programme designed to develop high-potential graduates into leadership roles within one of Africa’s largest FMCG companies.
This programme is structured to provide hands-on learning, rotational exposure, and leadership development, preparing you for a key role in the Human Resources division of Tiger Brands.

Minimum Requirements
✅ Relevant Qualification:

BCom in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
✅ Academic Criteria:

Minimum 65% average
-
Recently completed your 3rd or 4th year of study
-
No more than 1 year of full-time work experience in your field (excluding workplace training)
✅ Additional Criteria:

South African citizenship
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Willingness to relocate across different sites

Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills

High levels of innovation, initiative, and self-motivation
