About the Programme
The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a two-year structured development journey crafted to identify and groom young professionals into future leaders. Graduates are placed in core business areas where they gain hands-on experience, training, mentorship, and exposure to strategic projects.
This particular FLDP opportunity focuses on the Human Resources (HR) stream, where candidates will build their capabilities in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and HR business partnering.

Minimum Requirements
✅ Qualification:

Bachelor’s or BTech degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related fields
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 65% average in final year

Must be a South African citizen

Recently graduated (or in final year of study in 2025)

No more than 1 year of full-time work experience in your field (excluding in-service training or internships)

Valid driver’s license

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Willingness to relocate across SA

Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
