🎯 Programme Overview:
The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a structured 24-month rotational graduate programme designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders across Tiger Brands’ operations. The programme provides cross-functional exposure, leadership development, and critical training opportunities in the FMCG industry.
🛠️ Relevant Qualification:
Mechanical Engineering Track

Required Degree: BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering

Academic Average: Minimum 65%

Graduation Status: Recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution (3rd or 4th year complete)

Experience: Must not have more than 1 year of full-time work experience (excluding internships or workplace learning)
