Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification

Computer literacy

Basic knowledge of clerical duties and the legal framework of the Public Service

📌 DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative support services
-
Capture and update data from available records (e.g. into spreadsheets or databases)

Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness

Make regular backups and submit data
-
Maintain registers, records, and organized filing systems
-
Collect applications for default judgment and taxation
-
Assist with information requests and data distribution
