🧭 Purpose of the Role
To plan, lead, organise, and control all depot operations and resources. Align daily execution to the company’s strategic and operational goals, with a strong focus on performance, compliance, and customer service.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Daily running of depot including logistics, fitments, repairs, and storage.

Staff Supervision: Recruitment, training, performance management.

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels and optimize space.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a compliant working environment.

Customer Relations: Handle client interactions and resolve complaints.

Financial Management: Budget control and cost-efficiency.
-
Reporting: Track and report KPIs, stock, and operational efficiency.

Facility Maintenance: Manage upkeep of equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure.
🎓 Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
-
Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing is an advantage

5 years management experience in:

Automotive industry
-
Vehicle canopy manufacturing

Fitment centre operations
-

Computer literacy: MS Office + experience in Syspro, Automate, or Pastel

Driver’s license is essential
