About the Role
A leading automotive business in Bloemfontein is seeking a qualified and experienced Parts Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Parts department, achieving budgeted targets, controlling inventory, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve budgeted turnover, profit margins, and Customer Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) targets for parts.

Control the overall budget of the Parts department, including personnel and overhead costs.

Manage and lead staff within the Parts department.

Maintain optimum inventory levels and oversee stock-taking administration.

Ensure efficient operation by adhering to operating policies and dealer standards.

Conduct regular customer visits to drive new business and maintain client relationships.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

Strong computer literacy

Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
