About the Role
A leading heavy commercial vehicle company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee MAN truck sales and market share growth within the Bloemfontein region. The successful candidate will manage dealer relationships, support sales teams, and act as a brand ambassador to ensure adherence to MAN standards.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales targets and grow MAN truck sales and market share.

Set, monitor, and report on regional KPIs and sales performance.

Support dealers in developing and executing annual business plans and sales strategies.

Manage relationships between MAN NSC RSA and appointed Private Capital Dealers (PCDs).

Track competitor activity and advise on tactical sales plans.

Conduct customer visits and provide direct sales support as required.

Coach, mentor, and develop sales teams and dealer staff.

Support PCDs with recruitment, training, and retention of sales staff.

Collaborate with the Head of Truck Sales to align regional strategies with national objectives.

Implement regional marketing and communication initiatives effectively.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

Relevant Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge of new and used vehicle sales processes

Willingness to travel extensively

Ability to develop and motivate staff

Strong market knowledge

Experience:

Minimum 10 years sales experience within the heavy commercial vehicles industry

Minimum 7 years experience leading and motivating a team
