About the Role

Optimi Holdings, a leading e-learning company, is looking for a proactive Legal Administrator to support its Legal Team. This is an entry-level contract role for someone highly organised, professional, and detail-oriented, ready to handle confidential legal matters and administrative duties.


Requirements

  • Grade 12 minimum

  • Paralegal qualification required; LLB advantageous

  • 2–3 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information


Key Duties

  • Organise, maintain, and archive legal documents (digital and physical)

  • Ensure information is backed up and easily accessible

  • Assist with audit preparation and maintain accurate B-BBEE records

  • Manage ticketing system, track queries, and provide updates

  • Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents

  • Liaise with departments to ensure compliance and consistency

  • Support tracking and documentation of regulatory compliance

  • Conduct legal research and provide general support to the legal team
