About the Role
Optimi Holdings, a leading e-learning company, is looking for a proactive Legal Administrator to support its Legal Team. This is an entry-level contract role for someone highly organised, professional, and detail-oriented, ready to handle confidential legal matters and administrative duties.
Requirements

Grade 12 minimum

Paralegal qualification required; LLB advantageous

2–3 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Key Duties
-
Organise, maintain, and archive legal documents (digital and physical)

Ensure information is backed up and easily accessible

Assist with audit preparation and maintain accurate B-BBEE records

Manage ticketing system, track queries, and provide updates
-
Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents

Liaise with departments to ensure compliance and consistency

Support tracking and documentation of regulatory compliance

Conduct legal research and provide general support to the legal team
