Job Description:
Jacaranda FM has an exciting 12-month internship opportunity for a Marketing & Events Intern to join its vibrant and creative team in Midrand. The successful candidate will assist the Marketing Department in coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives while gaining practical experience in event management, digital marketing, and stakeholder relations.
Responsibilities Include:

Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns

Support coordination and execution of marketing events and activations

Manage promotional materials, marketing calendar, and meeting minutes

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers

Coordinate branding for events, activations, and promotions

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and payment processing

Contribute to marketing presentations, reports, and trend research
Educational Requirements:

Marketing Diploma or Events Management Diploma
Skills & Experience:
-
Understanding of Marketing and Digital Marketing principles

Excellent communication and time management skills
-
Strong project planning and administrative abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Driver’s License required

Experience in radio, events, or promotions is an advantage
