🎯 Purpose of the Job
Lead a House & Home branch by managing sales, staff, stock, and customer service. Ensure all departments operate efficiently and achieve targets while driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Manage branch sales performance and achieve set targets

🧠 Qualifications & Experience

Essential: Matric

Advantageous: Retail Management Diploma

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in retail furniture environment

Minimum 3 years managing staff and sales teams

Proven experience leading successful teams of Sales Representatives
