🎯 Job Purpose

Drive new business acquisition and client retention within the ICT sector, focusing on expanding the customer base, upselling solutions, and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.


⚙️ Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Target Achievement

    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

    • Cold call to acquire new clients

    • Upsell and cross-sell ICT solutions

    • Maintain business development focus with existing clients

  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and sustain strong client relationships

    • Analyze accounts to uncover new opportunities

    • Ensure consistent engagement across client base

  3. Query Resolution

    • Respond to client queries within 24 hours

    • Resolve client issues effectively and professionally

  4. Reporting & Insights

    • Provide weekly pipeline updates and daily sales reports

    • Submit accurate monthly reports and maintain opportunity records

    • Share market insights, forecasts, and competitor intelligence

  5. Process & Compliance

    • Follow internal policies and procedures

    • Capture client interactions accurately in relevant systems


🧠 Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in ICT Sales or Account Management with proven track record

  • Industry Knowledge: Telecommunications/ICT products and corporate account management

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with handling tenders and large accounts
