Job Description:
ADvTECH, Africa’s leading provider of private education, is seeking an FET Hospitality / Tourism Teacher to join The Bridge School in Lonehill. The ideal candidate will inspire, engage, and challenge students in a dynamic high school environment, helping them achieve academic excellence and prepare for life after graduation.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and implement effective instructional programs

Manage high school administration and discipline

Deliver future-focused education that motivates and challenges students

Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strength of character

Build positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and the school community

Communicate effectively and collaborate within the learning environment
Key Performance Areas:

Academic delivery and assessment

Health and safety compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
-
IEB Hospitality / Tourism FET teaching experience (essential)
-
Degree (NQF Level 7) and PGCE or B.Ed (FET) specializing in relevant subjects

SACE registration and valid police clearance
-
2–5 years of teaching experience in the FET phase
-
Strong computer and digital literacy
-
First Aid certification
