Requirements:

Relevant teaching qualification
-
SACE registration (permanent certificate required)

Experience in teaching CAPS curriculum
-
Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills
-
A positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
-
Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and hardware
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
-
Understanding of networking, cybersecurity basics, and internet technologies
-
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with computers and software
-
Knowledge of the IT and CAT syllabus and assessment standards
-
Maintaining student discipline while fostering a positive learning environment
-
Keeping accurate records of learners’ progress and assessment results
-
Ability to manage IT resources, including software licenses, lab equipment, and maintenance schedules
-
Participation in IT competitions, clubs, or extra-curricular technology initiatives
