About the Programme:
The City of Mbombela’s Traffic Officer Learnership Programme 2025 is a 12-month training initiative designed to equip unemployed youth with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills under the National Road Traffic Act, Act 93 of 1996. Participants will gain both theoretical and hands-on experience in traffic law enforcement, promoting road safety and community service.

Requirements and Competencies:
Applicants must:

Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate

Hold a valid driving licence

Be under 35 years old

Have no criminal record or pending cases

Be physically fit and willing to undergo training

Be a South African citizen and a permanent resident of the City of Mbombela

Provide Proof of Residence and indicate Ward Number on the application form
