Job Description:
iMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, invites applications for a 12-month Information Technology Technical Support Learnership. This programme offers structured learning and practical workplace experience, leading to an NQF Level 4 qualification.
Key Learning Areas Include:

Workstation setup and maintenance

Troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents

Escalating issues to third-level support

Providing telephonic technical assistance

Supporting hardware and software rollouts

Reporting and feedback to management

Ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring
Eligibility Criteria:

Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting

Minimum Level 4 (50%) in Maths, English, and a second language

Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage

Demonstrated interest in IT Networks and IT Security

Not currently employed or enrolled in any studies

Open to previously disadvantaged youth
