Clerical duties, data capture, and administrative principles.

Knowledge of legal framework governing the Public Service.

DUTIES:

Data Capturing Service:
-
Capture data from records into databases, tables, and spreadsheets.
-
Verify missing data and errors.
-
Review, validate, and back up data regularly.
-
Provide information to relevant components and capture applications on master lists.
-

Personnel Suitability Verification:
-
Capture fingerprints for candidates and upload to system.
-
Conduct criminal, citizenship, reference, and qualification checks.
-
Consolidate verified data and report negative outcomes for further investigation.
-

Administrative Support Services:
-
Safekeeping of all recruitment and selection documents.
-
Maintain accurate records, open office files, and archive old applications.
-
Provide secretariat support to meetings and manage stationery supplies.

Collate, Analyze, and Interpret Statistics:
-
Apply policies and guidelines for data interpretation.
-
Analyze trends and patterns.
-
Produce practical, accurate, and reliable reports.
