🧾 Position Overview
Ivanplats is seeking a qualified and experienced Housing Officer to manage employee housing and accommodation operations efficiently. The successful candidate will ensure proper housing allocation, maintain accurate records, and manage service delivery in line with company standards.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Relevant Diploma or Degree in Housing Management, Property, or related field
-
Valid Driver’s Licence
-
3 – 5 years’ experience in Housing or Accommodation Management
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of housing assets and accommodation inventory
-
Report daily on catering and accommodation bookings
-
Monitor residents and guests to ensure accurate billing and reporting
-
Escalate service delivery issues to Facilities or Line Supervisor
-
Verify invoices and maintenance work before payment approval
-
Process and manage maintenance requests and follow-ups
-
Handle procurement orders and ensure proper purchase order tracking
-
Oversee hygiene and housekeeping standards
-
Ensure quality assurance before and during events/functions
-
Address and resolve queries, complaints, and conflicts timeously
-
Support skills development and participate in training initiatives
-
Promote teamwork, inclusivity, and knowledge transfer among peers and service providers
