🎯 Role Purpose
The Shotcrete Assistant Trainee programme aims to develop local talent for operational roles in underground mining. Trainees will receive practical exposure and on-the-job training to prepare them for future positions within the mine.
✅ Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Advantageous:

Up to 2 years’ relevant work experience

Prior exposure to a mining environment

Additional technical or vocational qualifications above Grade 12

Duration: Maximum 90 days

Trainees must demonstrate competence during the programme

Permanent employment not guaranteed; based on performance and available vacancies

Stipend provided for the duration of the programme
