The Graduate in Training (Commercial) Programme is a 24-month structured training initiative aimed at developing future professionals under the supervision of qualified mentors. Participants will gain exposure through rotations across the Commercial and Programme/Projects Departments.
Job Description

Perform all duties within the Commercial Department at Hesto Harnesses.

Participate in performance assessments and progress reviews.

Assist with administrative functions and process improvement initiatives.

Contribute to efficiency and productivity in assigned departments.
Eligibility Criteria

Must be 18 years or older.

South African citizens only.

Must have achieved an average of 60% or higher in their qualification.

Must have no outstanding tuition fees.

Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Must submit a Statement of Results from their tertiary institution.

No prior internship or graduate programme experience.

No criminal record.
