The Hesto Harnesses Internship Programme provides newly qualified graduates and diplomats with valuable on-the-job experience in areas related to their field of study.
The Diplomat in Training (DiT) Programme is a 24-month structured training initiative aimed at developing professional expertise under the guidance of qualified mentors. Participants will rotate through Production and Production Support Departments to gain comprehensive operational exposure.
Job Description

Perform all duties within the Production Departments at Hesto Harnesses.

Participate in performance assessments and progress reviews.

Support administrative and process improvement initiatives within allocated areas.

Contribute to departmental efficiency and productivity goals.
Eligibility Criteria

Must be 18 years or older.

South African citizens only.

Must have achieved an average of 60% or higher in their qualification.

Must have no outstanding tuition fees.

Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Must submit a Statement of Results from their tertiary institution.

No prior internship or graduate programme experience.

No criminal record.
