Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)

Currently enrolled as a student studying towards a diploma or certificate
-
Computer literate (MS Office)
-
Knowledge/training in document management, archiving, or administration is an advantage
-
Understanding of public sector operations is beneficial

Resident of Johannesburg
Primary Function
-
Provide administrative support for document and information management systems
-
Ensure smooth correspondence flow, retrieval, filing, and disposal of records in compliance with relevant legislation
