Purpose of the Job
Assist the mechanical artisan with maintenance of facilities, equipment, and machinery, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Scheduled and planned maintenance

Reactive breakdown maintenance

Assist with annual pre-season inspections

Assist with capital projects

Occupational health and safety management

Administrative duties related to maintenance

Employee management, including mentoring and coaching of artisan assistants
Requirements

National Senior Certificate
-
N3 Certificate of Compliance (Wireman’s License)

At least 3 years post-apprenticeship experience as an Electrician

Attention to detail

Technical skills and familiarity with basic hand and power tools
