About the Internship
The Client Services Internship offers hands-on experience supporting Visa’s client institutions — including banks, merchants, and processors — through operational, analytical, and relationship management activities.
Interns will work with Visa’s Client Support Services (CSS) team to deliver post-sales support, product optimization, and data-driven client insights.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to routine service and support inquiries from Visa client institutions.

Provide information and direction regarding VisaNet Core Application Services, billing, and transaction research.

Perform transaction and process analysis to identify potential technical or operational issues.

Log service requests and resolutions accurately for tracking and knowledge management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.

Support the preparation of client performance reports and process improvement initiatives.

Participate in Client QBR (Quarterly Business Review) meetings for exposure and learning.
Qualifications

Current bachelor’s or master’s student in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT.

Graduation date: December 2026 (or similar).

Available for a 3-month internship (June–August 2026).

Must be available to start a full-time role by January 2027.

No prior payments experience required — only a passion for client service and excellence.

Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Effective communicator with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
