About Pridwin:
Founded in 1923, Pridwin Preparatory School is an independent, inter-denominational preparatory school for boys from Grade 0 to 7. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Headmaster and Board on all non-academic operations.

  • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.

  • Oversee asset management, budgeting, scenario planning, and financial compliance.

  • Manage debtors, fee collection, and reconciliations.

  • Process and reconcile payroll and maintain employee records.

  • Ensure financial policies, procurement, and cash flow align with school objectives.

  • Manage relationships with external service providers and advise on capital projects.

  • Oversee insurance, risk management, and compliance with Employment Equity, Skills Development, and POPIA regulations.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Honours Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).

  • Strong management skills across finance, administration, HR, IT, and facilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and multicultural sensitivity.

  • Proficiency in Pastel, Excel, and financial reporting.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience in school financial management is advantageous.
