About Pridwin:
Founded in 1923, Pridwin Preparatory School is an independent, inter-denominational preparatory school for boys from Grade 0 to 7. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Headmaster and Board on all non-academic operations.

Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.

Oversee asset management, budgeting, scenario planning, and financial compliance.

Manage debtors, fee collection, and reconciliations.

Process and reconcile payroll and maintain employee records.

Ensure financial policies, procurement, and cash flow align with school objectives.

Manage relationships with external service providers and advise on capital projects.

Oversee insurance, risk management, and compliance with Employment Equity, Skills Development, and POPIA regulations.
Preferred Requirements:

Honours Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).

Strong management skills across finance, administration, HR, IT, and facilities.

Excellent interpersonal communication and multicultural sensitivity.

Proficiency in Pastel, Excel, and financial reporting.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
-
Experience in school financial management is advantageous.
