Role Overview:
The Product Analyst: BDR, CXC, Customer plays a key role in supporting, developing, and enhancing business processes and technology solutions for SAB’s customers and sales teams. This position requires a balance of technical, analytical, and project management skills to ensure that commercial technology solutions align with business needs and deliver measurable value.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement innovative solutions that optimize sales and customer processes.

Stay current with the latest IT and process automation advancements.
-
Design and enhance ways of working within the commercial space.
-
Develop, maintain, and support user-friendly documentation and training materials for software applications.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and effective implementation of software solutions.

Deploy technology that supports overall business strategy and operational efficiency.
-
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards.
-
Update, implement, and maintain procedures to enhance process efficiency.

Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Act as Scrum Master, monitoring deliverables and ensuring sprint objectives are met.

Support Zone commercial teams by resolving system queries and tickets within SLA timeframes.
Profile & Requirements:

Knowledge and experience in Africa Zone commercial processes.
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
-
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
-
In-depth understanding of commercial processes and technology used within the Africa Zone.

Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages quickly.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-
Experience working in Agile and cross-functional team environments.

Solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
-
Active member of an Agile Squad.
