Programme Overview:

Structured apprenticeship program combining hands-on experience, technical training, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist qualified Fitters and Electrical Fitters with maintenance, installation, and repair of machinery.

Learn to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Participate in routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

Follow safety standards and company procedures.

Attend theoretical and practical training sessions.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science.

N2 Certificate or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (advantageous).

Pass internal competency tests.

Proof of residential address.

Preference for South African youth under 35 years.
