Role Overview:

Provide technical support across the school’s digital infrastructure.

Collaborate with the ICT Manager on escalated issues and strategic technology projects.

Support College events, functions, and open days.

Serve as a trusted technical resource for staff and learners.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Formal Qualifications:
-
National Diploma or BTech in IT (or equivalent)
-
Microsoft MCSA/MCSE certification
-
CompTIA A+ and Network+
-
Apple Certified Technician
Technical Expertise:
-
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
-
Google Workspace administration
-
Multi-platform support: macOS, iOS, Windows client & server
-
Networking experience: WAN, LAN, VLAN configuration
-
Printer and multifunction device support
Core Competencies:

Minimum 3 years ICT support experience (educational sector advantageous)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent service delivery and client satisfaction

Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, able to prioritize and work under pressure

SQL database management
