Key Responsibilities

  • Manage refunds and bookings-related matters.

  • Ensure completed work adheres to governance and legislation.

  • Assist in preparing tariffs for financial transactions.

  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ethical conduct, and rewarding relationships.

  • Identify and resolve queries related to financial services.

  • Maintain proper record-keeping systems.

  • Manage and control monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial balancing.

  • Coordinate all ICT-related issues.

  • Apply new knowledge gained from training and development opportunities in daily duties.

  • Resolve queries in a timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and principles related to financial services.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    • Grade 12

    • Diploma/National Diploma in Finance, Administration, IT, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative or financial services role.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Computer literacy skills.

    • Valid Driver’s License.
