Job Purpose
As an Administrator: Vehicle Ownership, you will be responsible for ensuring that financial transactions are processed accurately within agreed turnaround times. You will also be expected to manage risk effectively within the bank by adhering to procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities

Prevent financial loss by ensuring accurate calculations and capturing of data.

Action checks and balances on all payments made by reconciling financial reports and bank statements regularly.

Meet SLA expectations by ensuring that Service Level Agreements are adhered to.

Investigate and resolve queries/complaints within the agreed time frames, ensuring customer satisfaction and feedback.

Maintain stakeholder relationships through consistent communication and corrective actions when necessary.

Reconcile financial transactions by maintaining accurate records according to policies and procedures.
-
Clear unreconciled items and ensure an audit trail is maintained.
-
Monitor daily volumes and report any irregularities in the workflow.

Contribute to process enhancements by identifying opportunities for improvement.

Stay updated on legislation and industry changes to ensure compliance.

Support corporate social responsibility initiatives that align with Nedbank’s key business strategies.

Participate in culture-building initiatives to contribute to the achievement of transformation goals.

Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing processes, systems, and policies.
Qualifications & Experience

Essential Qualification:

Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Bachelor of Commerce: Accounting or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

2-3 years’ experience in financial, risk, and process management environments.
