The Opportunity
Riverview Preparatory School invites applications for the position of Marketing, Communications and Events Coordinator to support the Preparatory School. The successful candidate will play a key role in showcasing the school’s story, strengthening its online presence, and coordinating a range of school events.
Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or degree in Marketing (preferred)
-
3–5 years of intensive marketing experience
-
Prior experience in a school environment (advantageous)
The Successful Applicant Will:

Work closely with the Headmaster on all marketing, communication, and event matters

Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
-
Be competent in IT and digital marketing, with experience managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, website, newsletters, and photography)

Generate creative campaign ideas to market the school effectively

Develop long-term marketing strategies aligned with the school’s vision

Be positive, professional, and approachable

Work flexibly, including at sports events, occasional evenings, and weekends

Assist in planning and running school events such as open days, parent evenings, and assemblies
-
Help develop alumnae relations, maintain databases, and coordinate alumnae communications and events
-
Manage and update the school website regularly
-
Collaborate with staff, pupils, and parents to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity

Serve as a member of the Parents Association
-
Support the Christian ethos of the school
