About the Position
A Pre-School Intern is needed to assist in daily activities within the Early Childhood Development (ECD) programme. This internship will provide hands-on experience working alongside qualified teachers to support the learning environment and assist with various aspects of preschool education.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and set-up of daily activities.

Work closely with qualified teachers to implement and support various aspects of the daily programme.

Practical implementation of studies in Early Childhood Development, gaining experience in the classroom and beyond.

Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing materials and managing classroom tasks.

Contribute to the school’s ethos and professional development opportunities.
Essential Requirements

Proof of current studies or registration for a degree in Early Childhood Development at a recognised tertiary institution.

SACE Registration (South African Council for Educators).

Proficient in English as the primary language of communication within the school.

Strong IT skills for administrative and teaching purposes.

Good administrative skills to assist with various classroom and office duties.

Genuine passion for teaching and Early Childhood Development.

Emotional and interpersonal skills, essential for working with young children.

Commitment to personal and professional growth through continuous development.
