Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Willingness to embrace and contribute to the ethos, values, and mission of the College.

Registration with SACE (South African Council for Educators).

Clearance certificate with the Child Protection Act and Sexual Offences Register.

A recognised degree and/or 4-year professional teaching qualification.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an English teacher.

Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative approach to teaching.

Ability to develop and sustain new teaching ideas and work collaboratively within a team.

Open to embracing new methodologies and integrating IT into teaching methods, with a commitment to lifelong learning.

Flexible, dynamic, and open to learning.

Strong administrative, technological, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with parents and professionals to develop the holistic wellbeing of students.

Exceptional ethical and professional conduct.
-
Excellent command of the English language.

Willingness to lead and participate in the college’s extra-curricular activities.
