Christian Brothers’ College, Boksburg, an Independent Boys’ School, is seeking an experienced, qualified, and dynamic full-time Physiotherapist to operate from the CBC Sports Campus.
This unique opportunity allows the successful applicant to run their private physiotherapy practice on-site while collaborating with the school’s Sports Department and working with learners and athletes.
Position Overview
The role requires an energetic and professional individual who is passionate about sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and athletic performance.
Key Responsibilities

Provide physiotherapy services to CBC learners, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries.

Collaborate with the Sports Director, coaches, and medical professionals to ensure player safety and welfare.

Develop and implement injury prevention and recovery programs.

Offer post-match and training recovery sessions when necessary.

Maintain accurate treatment records and progress reports.

Build and manage a client base within the broader CBC community.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy.

Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sports or musculoskeletal physiotherapy (experience in a school or sports environment advantageous).

Excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.

Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.

Full-time position, based at the CBC Boksburg Sports Campus.

This is not a salaried role — the successful candidate will operate as an independent practitioner, managing their own billing and practice costs.
