Role Overview
IDM is seeking energetic, motivated graduates to join their Onboarding team as Financial Assessors. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with qualifications in finance-related fields (Finance, Accounting, Management, Business, etc.) looking to gain experience in financial assessment and customer engagement.
As a Financial Assessor, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking financial assistance. Your role will involve gathering client information, performing preliminary assessments, and transferring clients to Financial Consultants. Successful candidates can progress into the Financial Consultant role within 6–12 months.
Key Responsibilities

Contact clients who have made inquiries to gather information about their financial situation.

Assess client financial information to determine their financial position.

Make outbound calls to potential clients.

Manage consumer engagements across platforms and outbound channels.

Provide excellent customer service and manage client expectations.

Transfer eligible clients to the Financial Consulting team for full assessments.

Requirements
