💼 Position Overview

St Alban’s College is seeking a Part-Time High Performance Cricket Coach to lead the school’s elite cricket programme. The role involves coaching top teams, mentoring emerging players, and contributing to the holistic development of student-athletes in alignment with the school’s sporting values of excellence, teamwork, and integrity.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and manage one of the school’s top cricket teams

  • Plan and implement high-performance training programmes

  • Conduct technical, tactical, and conditioning sessions

  • Analyse match footage, monitor performance data, and provide feedback

  • Identify and mentor talented players for provincial and national pathways

  • Collaborate with the Director of Cricket, High Performance Manager, and other staff

  • Lead teams on local, regional, and national tours/festivals

  • Uphold the values, professionalism, and culture of St Alban’s College


✅ Minimum Requirements

  • CSA Level 2 or 3 Coaching Certificate (or international equivalent)

  • Proven coaching success at school, academy, or provincial level

  • Strong understanding of modern cricket coaching principles and athlete management

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

  • Police Clearance Certificate

  • First Aid and Safeguarding certification (advantageous)
