Role Overview
Join Birkenstock Springfield as a seasonal sales assistant, delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining stock and store presentation, and assisting with daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales

Greet customers within 30 seconds

Understand customer needs and demonstrate product benefits

Close sales and secure add-on sales

Invite repeat visits and build customer loyalty
Inventory & Stock Management

Replenish footwear, apparel, and accessories daily
-
Ensure accurate POS stock entries
-
Process deliveries, tagging, pricing, and recording
-
Minimize shrinkage following store policies
Daily Operations & Housekeeping

Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and change rooms
-
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Training & Development
-
Attend quarterly training sessions and assessments
-
Receive monthly feedback and discuss progress with store manager

Complete the Birkenstock rookie pack for promotion eligibility
Merchandising
-
Maintain stock presentation according to Birkenstock standards

Assist with window and mannequin changes
-
Manage POS materials safely
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 or equivalent
-
Minimum 6 months customer service experience

Knowledge of Birkenstock products advantageous

Ability to work flexible shifts
