Key Responsibilities

JDE system processing of management expense payments

Investigate accounts payable issues

Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts

Update fixed asset register and process depreciation journals

Fixed asset reconciliation

Company credit card administration and Visa Spend System reconciliation

Fleet card administration (applications, cancellations, amendments)

Prepare monthly accrual schedules

Quarterly submissions (Reserve Bank and SASRIA)

Ad hoc finance projects
Requirements
Qualifications:
-
BCom Degree or equivalent finance qualification
Knowledge / Skills:
-
IFRS, VAT, JD Edwards General Ledger (JDE)

Basic Excel skills
-
Understanding of best practices in finance
Minimum Requirements:

South African citizen, aged 18–35

Unemployed (less than 6 months previous employment)

Must not have done an INSETA internship previously

Completed relevant degree or diploma
