Programme Purpose
-
Equip apprentices with technical knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience to become qualified artisans.

Combines classroom learning with on-the-job exposure.

Prepares apprentices for independent and productive workplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
Upon completion, apprentices are expected to demonstrate competence in:

Planning and preparing work sites, tools, consumables, and materials

Using hand, power, and measuring tools effectively
-
Manufacturing, assembling, and inspecting metal components
-
Commissioning, modifying, and repairing metal structures and installations
-
Conducting tests and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
