About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering a creative, engaging, and safe learning environment (indoors & outdoors).

Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and daily routines.

Nurture and guide children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs.

Encourage independence, curiosity, and creativity through play-based learning.

Contribute positively as part of a collaborative teaching team.
Minimum Requirements
✅ ECD qualification (or currently studying towards one)
✅ Experience in an early childhood or pre-primary setting
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Demonstrated patience, kindness, and reliability
✅ A genuine passion for holistic, play-based learning
✅ Flexibility, initiative, and a cheerful attitude
