Job Description:

Bridge House is looking for passionate and dedicated College Sports Coaches to join their team starting in January 2026. There are exciting opportunities across three sporting codes:

  • Cross Country

  • Water Polo

  • Girls Soccer

These roles are perfect for individuals who are committed to inspiring young athletes, promoting sportsmanship, and fostering excellence both on and off the field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching athletes to reach their full potential in the relevant sport (Cross Country, Water Polo, or Girls Soccer).

  • Organizing and leading practices and training sessions.

  • Ensuring the development of skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

  • Mentoring athletes, both on and off the field, to foster a well-rounded experience.

  • Promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among students.

  • Representing the school at competitions and events.

  • Contributing to a positive and supportive sporting environment.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in coaching the relevant sport(s) (Cross Country, Water Polo, or Girls Soccer).

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.

  • Prior coaching experience at a school or college level is an advantage.

  • A passion for sports and youth development.
