Finance Graduate Trainee Programme Overview
This 12-month programme offers:

Hands-on experience in a busy Finance Department

Exposure to financial operations, reporting processes, and internal controls in a complex industrial setting

Development of strong, workplace-ready financial skills

Placement at either Illovo Eston Mill or Illovo Noodsberg Mill
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Academic Requirements:
-
Completed Degree or Diploma in Finance
-
Honours in Finance is beneficial but not compulsory
-
CTA will be an added advantage

Skills and Attributes:

Ability to work well under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage)
