Amazon is working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. The Amazon University Talent Acquisition Team is seeking ambitious students to join as Operations Interns within Amazon Operations.
This internship places you at the heart of Amazon’s fulfilment ecosystem, including Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations. You will gain firsthand experience in how managers lead teams, develop associates, drive performance, and maintain safe, productive operational environments.
Internship start date: February/March 2026
Duration: 12 months, full-time (40 hours/week)
Key Job Responsibilities
As part of Amazon Operations, you will help improve performance and operational excellence across various facilities. Responsibilities include:

Basic Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a 2026 graduation date OR a recent graduate (within the last 6 months)
