Role Overview
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors, contributing to the school’s high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Clean classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas

Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitising)

Use and store cleaning equipment safely

Report maintenance or health and safety concerns to the Supervisor

Work collaboratively with the Support department team

Uphold school values of respect, responsibility, and inclusivity
Minimum Requirements

Previous cleaning or facilities experience

Ability to work independently and in a team

Attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Understanding of health and safety procedures or willingness to be trained
